This Fair Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the AgentsStack agent console and related services (the "Service") operated by AgentsStack, Singapore. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by it.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
Each of the agents may be run up to three (3) times per account for the lifetime of the account. This showcase console exists to demonstrate the platform. Once an agent's runs are used, that agent is disabled for your account; continued or expanded use is available through a new subscription or a custom engagement. Fair-use and anti-abuse rate limits also apply.
Access is a one-time payment priced in your local currency, processed by Stripe. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided no agent runs have been used. Once any run has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the reports generated for you. We process your inputs solely to operate the Service (including sending them to third-party AI and search providers to produce results) and to generate and store your deliverables and invoices. We do not sell your data. Do not submit secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential material you are not permitted to share with third-party processors.
The Service, its software, and its branding remain the property of AgentsStack. Reports generated for you are yours to use within your organization, subject to this Agreement.
The Service and all outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete and must be independently verified before reliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentsStack's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update this Agreement; material changes will be reflected by a new version date and, where appropriate, re-acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
